We have created the SYSTEMA.ae, to simplify the search for IT equipment throughout Kazakhstan for participants and organizers of competitions, integrator companies, and generally all companies purchasing office equipment, computers, and accessories.
Every day we collect and post the latest prices of all suppliers here, but most importantly, we provide a tool for searching for all these prices at once. All prices have already been recalculated in tenge, and all products are organized in a convenient directory.
There are various convenient features, for example: the catalog and the search are interconnected and the search result is immediately displayed in both the search results and the catalog. From the search results or from the catalog, you can call or write to the supplier, and the letter will be immediately pre-filled out, and in another section of the site you can download the original supplier’s price list. It would be tedious to describe everything, but for you to read it. Just try it.
Initially, the software for this project was created for one integrator, who constantly participates in auctions and contests, and is often forced to find out prices for various IT equipment, request prices from suppliers, and compare prices, but more often just to find the right one. Supplier managers do not always respond promptly, and indeed they do not always respond. Stocks and prices can be very dynamic; one gives prices in tenge, the other in USD, EUR, yuan… , and comparing the prices of several suppliers from different dates turns into a tedious task, often with not very accurate results.
But I would like to do it somehow simply and easily, and in general, not to do this nonsense, but the very tasks for which this equipment is intended.
In general, a software package was created that our partner liked and is now actively using it. And we, being the owners of this software, decided to offer it to all our colleagues.
We believe that our project will also be of interest to suppliers. We analyzed all the products from all the major suppliers and saw that they don’t overlap very often. This project will not create serious competition and will definitely attract new customers to suppliers.
